Yesterday my dad rescued a kitten from our house in Nilai.

Somehow it was stuck in the hole/drain in our toilet. Hrmm... I wonder if it is the correct name for that place. Well, it is the hole where you drain the water and everything and usually is was covered.

I have no idea how it managed to slipped there.

My dad when to Nilai on Friday and somehow left his keys (I have no idea what keys) there. So yesterday he went back there to pick it up, only to hear its meowing from inside the house (previously he thought it was coming from outside the house).

So my dad searched for it. And he found it in the toilet.

We don't know how long it was there, but my dad figured it has to be around one week.

Hrmm... I'm not so sure about that, you can clarify it with my dad if you want.

So he has to put his hand inside the hole to rescued that poor kitten.

It was weak on the first few hours after it was rescued. But my dad fed him some bread and by the time they reached home (here), it was moving instead of lying about.

It was still doing okay this morning.

But when I get home today, my brother told me that it passed away this afternoon.

It stopped moving, then my brother went and checked on it and then call my dad. It passed away shortly after my dad reached home.

It was such a sad incident.

It managed to survive one week in the wet hole (as per my dad assumption on the time frame) and then be rescued by my dad, only to passed away a day after.

My dad told me that its mother has been looking for its child from outside our house since last week (I guess thats why he assumed that timeframe).

I wonder if she will still be there next week.
